First Bridal Session

This weekend we had the pleasure of capturing Jim and Nicki before the upcoming wedding. We will also cover the wedding in October but the bride decided it would be less stress to do a bridal session beforehand. We agree. The dress was a photographers dream and the bride of course was goregous. Look for more pictures to come!
Brother and Sister…

We have been on vacation for a few days so I have been behind on editing. Before we left, I had a brother and sister session. Kara and Matt haven’t had portraits taken since they were children. Matt will be moving to Texas soon and Kara decided this was the time to capture them having fun. These were taken in downtown Birmingham, a new location for me. They were a crazy pair and were willing to have some fun. We had a great session!

It is so hard to pick just a few of my favorites from this week. I have completed this session so this will be the last from this family. Anyone care to tell me what they think? I know people are looking…lol. There are a few from this session that are my all time favorites. I see my photo style going to more photojounalistic than posed portraits.
