A wedding… planned in a week!
Posted on January 16, 2008

Ok, this is totally staged. The only reason they are smiling is to laugh at me. haha! Great picture though!
So what does a wedding planned in a week look like? A few days before New Years Eve we received a call needing a photographer for a last minute wedding for the last day of the year. Cory and I already had exciting plans to stay at home and do nothing, so we decided to cancel our nothing plans and have some fun! We had a fantastic night! I think this lovely couple is smart. They only had a week to s
tress about plans and they pulled off a beautiful ceremony and reception. You would have never thought it was all started a week before.
The bride and groom were so in love. This wedding was a blending of families with the cutest little guy as the best man. He wanted to kiss his mom all night and I have several pictures where he is sneaking a kiss. I am so happy to share a few from the event. We are starting to love weddings! The more we are a part of the more we want to do!
Polar Express 2nd Birthday!

We were a part of a birthday party in late December. The guest of honor was turning two and we were excited to be there. The mom is my best friend from high school. I think we met when I was 12, and I don’t think I have a friend that I have known longer. Our kiddos are less than a year apart! And if you notice from the last picture, they are expecting another girl in the next few months. The party was great and so much fun. Elijah didn’t leave the new train table the birthday girl received except to partake in cake. What kid wouldn’t leave for cake?
The last of Christmas, I promise!

Waiting for family to arrive for Christmas! Look how beautiful he is. Eli looks out this window every day waiting for Daddy to come home.
My gift to you….
Just one of our tree all dolled up and waiting on Elijah to wake up the next morning.
Check out our tree topper. We have not seen another one like this since we bought it 4 years ago. We love it!
This is titled: Samantha played with the camera to see if she could make the tree move at the speed of light. Check out the pretty bow in the middle!
Ok, no more Christmas! I just had to share a few more of our incredible holiday. God has blessed us so much with a great family, the best friends anyone could ask for, and clients that keep us doing what we love.
Alright, now let’s get back to 2008…. what is God going to do this year??
