It started with a blind date…

Posted on November 29, 2008

A little over a year ago the bride met the groom on a blind date. On November 1st they met again for the perfect wedding. This wedding brought family members from many different states together. The timing was perfect and every family member did something to help prepare for a wedding at sunset. The thing that stuck with me the entire day was how the bride beamed whenever her groom was near.

I hope you like our new slide show maker. We want to tell you the story of the entire day and the best way to do this is showing off our new slide show program. Tell me what you think!

Thankful…

Posted on November 27, 2008

I know this is cliche but I wanted to take a minute and tell you a moment from my day. Cory and I were cooking and listening to Christmas music when I turned around to see my Elijah dancing to one of the same Christmas songs I use to dance to as a child. Sarah was sitting close by “cooing”. I was overwhelmed with how good God has been to me. It doesn’t get much better than this, right now. I am thankful for my wonderful husband that works tirelessly by my side. I am thankful for my family and appreciate that God entrusted me to be their mom. I am thankful for my extended family and that God has strengthened those relationships in the last year. I am thankful for my friends who are also my family. And, I am thankful to do what I love and be able to share that gift with the many clients that trust me to capture thier life. I have the best job in the world and I meet the best people.

Yes, I am thankful.

P.S. I did take some pictures of our food. Does your family do that too? We have always taken pictures of the food! I will share a few tomorrow. Tonight I am doing some last minute editing and watch a movie. Life is good.
