Welcome to His Hands Photographs!

We're a husband and wife photography team who specialize in weddings and family portraits. I'm Samantha Ferguson and my husband is Cory. We have a son and daughter, Elijah and Sarah, who are the reasons we started photography. We love pictures and we love to see things a little differently. Worth the Wait- Birmingham Family Portrait Photographer

This was one of the families that signed up for the mini session we held last spring. Of course… the entire day was a rain out. I offered full sessions to those that had scheduled a session. This family and I just couldn’t seem to get our schedules together for months. We finally had a date on the calendar and she mentioned she would be up for something different… YES!!! I love it when I hear this! Don’t get me wrong, I love traditional portraits but I also love it when I’m forced to be creative and try something new. We decided on Cobb Lane and the surrounding areas. Let me say, I am so in love with this location. This was the second time shooting here and there are so many little nooks for the perfect portrait! I love the prop for little brother she brought along. He is really into trucks and she thought having something to play with would help, and she was so right! I love the yellow dress for big sister. It is so classic but BEAUTIFUL with color!
