Elijah has his first snow last weekend. These are just family snapshots but I am one proud Mommy and had to share. We had a great time and really enjoyed the white stuff!!

We are very excited to announce an addition to the Ferguson family appearing sometime in September! Many of you know that we were told we would not have children. God has had different plans for us since I am now carrying our second child! We are so grateful.
I can’t wait to see the maternity portraits and the newborn portraits to come! We are very blessed.
We took a spontaneous trip to the beach this weekend. It was so great to get away. Elijah was in love with sand this time and screamed any time we tried to take him inside. We arrived Saturday just as the sun was setting. This is called the magic hour to photographers because of the beautiful light. The hour did not disappoint us. Look at the beautiful colors! God blessed us with a great getaway. The next morning we were eating breakfast and our view was dolphins jumping in the gulf. It was like a sweet kiss from Heaven.

So what does a wedding planned in a week look like? A few days before New Years Eve we received a call needing a photographer for a last minute wedding for the last day of the year. Cory and I already had exciting plans to stay at home and do nothing, so we decided to cancel our nothing plans and have some fun! We had a fantastic night! I think this lovely couple is smart. They only had a week to stress about plans and they pulled off a beautiful ceremony and reception. You would have never thought it was all started a week before.
The bride and groom were so in love. This wedding was a blending of families with the cutest little guy as the best man. He wanted to kiss his mom all night and I have several pictures where he is sneaking a kiss. I am so happy to share a few from the event. We are starting to love weddings! The more we are a part of the more we want to do!
We were a part of a birthday party in late December. The guest of honor was turning two and we were excited to be there. The mom is my best friend from high school. I think we met when I was 12, and I don’t think I have a friend that I have known longer. Our kiddos are less than a year apart! And if you notice from the last picture, they are expecting another girl in the next few months. The party was great and so much fun. Elijah didn’t leave the new train table the birthday girl received except to partake in cake. What kid wouldn’t leave for cake?
