Booking a Session

This part of the process isn’t as difficult as it might seem! All you have to do is contact us in one of the following ways:

After that we’ll discuss things like dates and times, what you’re wanting out of the session, how many are expected to be in the session, choosing a location, etc. Once that’s settled, we’ll send you an invoice and info on how to pay. When the payment is received you’re officially booked all set!

There are a couple of important things to know. One is that the session fee must be paid no later than one week prior to the scheduled date. If it isn’t paid then we have to open the date up for other clients. Another is that we usually book the Fall and Spring seasons as well as special events sometimes a couple of months in advance. But, even though it’s best to not wait until the last minute hoping we have an opening, there’s still no harm in asking if you need portraits last minute :)
